Nathaniel got a deal on this cool machine. I tried it out this morning and ... WOW!!! It was humbling to say the least. I may be able to run 10 miles, but doggonit...I can barely use this without feeling like a failure. It's going to make me work hard to lose all of that stubborn baby fat.
